Before submitting order please read. Please make sure your in CMYK mode in your design software for color, make sure your images are close if not 300dpi for optimal prints. Even though you save as 300dpi the image itself might not be.

If you make a mistake on your gang sheet file you sent me and I already printed it out and you want a reprint it will be full price. Please double check your work , size , resolution and any imperfections on your images/sheet. It is customers responsibility. Color will differ if your using RGB because my printer uses CMYK. I would suggest doing small test sheets before sending final file.

 Please due your research before pressing if you're not familiar with hot peel.  If you damage the prints or your material due to your own fault or not following pressing or washing Instructions, I'm not liable. If you want another set of prints you will have to pay full price. Failure to follow instructions you will damage your prints and material. 

Tips: when cutting out images leave a good amount of film from what ever side your peeling from. 

Pressing instructions: Heavy presure@320 degrees 1st press 8-10sec peel fast immediately all in one motion with no hesitation. 2nd press you can use Teflon or butcher paper for 2-5 sec

Wash Instructions: Turn inside out no bleach or softener wash cold water and hang dry is the best way not only to preserve the print but minimal shrinkage and color fading of t-shirt. If you dry with high heat in a dryer, it is possible premature cracking and peeling might occur.
